The Quality and PMO Process Manager is accountable to standardize the ways of working, metrics, governance structures for Program, Project, and Demand Management areas based on industry standards and agile in nature. The role is responsible to define the quality approach, governance model and metrics/KPIs to be measured for SDA&P BRDM & PMO unit!

What you will do :
- Define key metrics and performance indicators to be used to measure Project and Program quality and progress
- Defining the Program & Project Quality Framework covering Quality Planning, Quality Control, Quality Assurance
- Provide oversight and direction for ensuring quality management and the delivery of quality improvement actions
- Perform Quality Reviews and verify that key deliverables and processes comply with standards and identify any deviations for corrective action
- Periodic KPI reporting
- Define Processes and ways of working framework and ensure adherence
- Define Project Management competence framework and perform follow-up.

Key qualification:
- Thorough knowledge of Project Management Processes and Agile framework. Experience in defining, follow-up and reporting of quality & project performance KPIs, setting-up and conducting Project/Program Governance forum.
- Past experience in leading Process development, roll-out and embedment activities, defining Governance framework and metrics for projects and reporting.
- Knowledge of Managed Services is a plus.
