We are looking for a Team Assistant (part-time or full-time) to support smooth business operations in all departments. You will have the opportunity to handle a wide variety of tasks by taking the responsibility to support colleagues in different departments.
The candidate must hold a valid working permit for Germany/EU.
Job description
- General administrative responsibilities
- Marketing and sales team support
- Event and trip arrangement

Required skills and experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in (written and spoken) English is a must, and also a good level of German
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player with proactive and good communicative skills
- Good self-discipline and time management
