Job Scope:
- to handle customer enquiries from social media platform, calls, WhatsApp and email by providing product information and pricing
- to promote product, issue sales orders, purchase orders, provide documents or information to sales or customer upon request
- arrange delivery/pick up services, liaise with operation team
- maintain and updates sales and customer records/database/reports.
- to assist in marketing (to provide promotion idea based on customer feedback, research report on competitors)
- to learn and handle company digital marketing (E.g. EDM, Facebook, & IG post etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills in both spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
- Possess an analytical mind to process information from various sources.
