Job Scope:

  • to handle customer enquiries from social media platform, calls, WhatsApp and email by providing product information and pricing
  • to promote product, issue sales orders, purchase orders, provide documents or information to sales or customer upon request
  • arrange delivery/pick up services, liaise with operation team
  • maintain and updates sales and customer records/database/reports.
  • to assist in marketing (to provide promotion idea based on customer feedback, research report on competitors)
  • to learn and handle company digital marketing (E.g. EDM, Facebook, & IG post etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in both spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Possess an analytical mind to process information from various sources.
