Answer incoming provider and member calls regarding eligibility, benefits summaries, and other general insurance inquires. Assist providers and members with questions regarding claim status and other billing concerns. Thoroughly document all provider and member interactions. Maintain departmental KPI’s, as defined by the Call Center Manager. Maintain or exceed all departmental and/or campaign SLA’s. Maintain a good attendance record. Perform other duties as assigned
