HOLOGATE / HGXR is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our enterprise extended reality (XR) team. HGXR offers innovative high-end XR solutions for training and simulation and is a division of HOLOGATE, the global market leader in turnkey extended reality solutions for entertainment with more than 450 locations across 42 countries and 16 million users. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market share across a range of industries focusing on defense, emergency services and security. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase sales and revenue growth with HGXR XR solutions focusing on, but not limited to, defense, emergency services and security industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to identify and develop new XR enterprise solutions that meet the needs of new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote XR enterprise solutions and generate leads.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, progress, and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least three to five years of experience in business development or sales within the defense, emergency services or security industries.
  • Experience with XR technology and its application in enterprise training.
  • Strong understanding of public procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and generate revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
