Create high quality propositions to our existing LL customers to ensure optimal value engineering to our customers while generating sustained/increased profitability to APA LL PnL. To create such value proposition, Product enablement would vision how to leverage on Maersk Integrator Vision, LL suites of products and platforms, while leading the pursuit team towards the same objective of business retention and growth.
Responsibilities:
Create high quality, impactful product value proposition to existing customers through contract renewals, up-selling, re-selling and support Lead Logistics growth and profitability across areas & regions
As a process consultant, understand ASIS vs TOBE Customers’ business requirements and Maersk’s operational, digital processes and productivity to increase value to customers, in association with commercial Teams (KC, PM, SCD), other products (WnD, CHB, Interland, Airfreight) and operational team (CX & GSC)
Engage with the stakeholders 6 to 12 months out from the contract expiration and ensure client owner is kicking off the WIN meeting to map current stage, relationship and discuss strategy growth.
Initiate with business’s stakeholders' profitability review if a contract is loss making at PDP/Ebit level and track the account profitability is reinstated based on an agreed deadline.
Support the transition of existing clients to NSCP (new supply chain platform) Technology Transition, through the re engineering of the operating processes.
Institutionalize the customers’ end to end cost optimization
Identify potential impacts on the shippers spent and time to market’, yet offering end to end cost reduction to customer ‘s spent & Co2 emission to generate new revenue to Maersk.
Facilitate Implementation, business conversion & cost adherence to Solutions Dock Pack for top customers
Engage with Implementation but not ‘own’ the implementation by ensuring solution sold/proposed is being implemented.
Align with Product(s) team in case of scope creep during implementation to RESENG.
Notify and call out for commercial owner to reposition for additional compensation where costs increase.
Speak Up and share both supportive and critical views in a way that fosters a dynamic and engaging pursuit of continuous improvement.

Strong communication skills, with ability to convey complex messages clearly. Expert navigator within internal network and product expert
Full understanding of the NSCP roadmap & improvements
